Lab Holiday Party!
Our lab gathered to celebrate the holiday season with laughter, camaraderie, and a few questionable fashion choices (looking at you, green paper crowns). The highlight of the party was undoubtedly the group's impromptu creativity, captured here as team members combined holiday cheer with avant-garde interpretive hand art—proving once again that scientists don’t take themselves too seriously, at least during the holidays.
The party was filled with snacks, games, and the annual exchange of both heartfelt and hilariously impractical Secret Santa gifts (who knew a burger could spark so much joy?). It was a wonderful opportunity to unwind and connect outside of the usual academic grind, reminding everyone that while research may be our passion, it’s the people we work with who make it meaningful.
Here’s to another year of great work, good times, and, of course, more creative uses for holiday party hats!
